When you place an order through INDI, we collect the following information:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Dietary restrictions or notes you provide
• Your selected pickup time
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

How We Use It

• To process and fulfill your order
• To send you order confirmation and “ready for pickup” notifications via email and SMS
• To contact you if there's an issue with your order

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing
• We do not send promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in
• We do not store your payment card details — all payments are handled by Stripe

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate INDI:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional emails
• Twilio — SMS notifications
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data Retention

We retain order data for operational and accounting purposes. If you'd like your data deleted, email us at hello@indi.restaurant and we'll process your request within 30 days.
