Overview
INDI is a pop-up restaurant experience. By placing an order through our website (indi.restaurant), you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are prepaid online via Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is final.
- Orders are limited per event. If an event reaches capacity, ordering will close automatically.
Pickup
- All orders are for pickup only at the designated location (currently Sky Lounge at The Merian, East Village, Downtown San Diego).
- You must pick up your order during your selected time window.
- You'll receive an email and SMS when your order is ready.
- Uncollected orders after the event ends are forfeited. No refunds will be issued for orders not picked up.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
- If INDI cancels an event or cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests for other reasons may be considered on a case-by-case basis — email hello@indi.restaurant.
Allergens & Dietary Needs
- Menu items may contain common allergens. Please note any dietary restrictions in the checkout form.
- While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- You are responsible for verifying that your order is suitable for your dietary requirements.
Availability
INDI events are scheduled on a pop-up basis. Menu items, event dates, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel events at our discretion.
